Crafting your custom pieces usually takes about 2-12 weeks. All other jewelry sold on this site will take 1-3 days to process and an additional 1-3 days to create as most items are made to order if you provided us a wrist-size and a valid address. Once your bracelet is crafted, we will send it to the address you provided via USPS.  Brandon David Brown will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  We are in no way responsible for duties you are charged as they are completely out of our control.

We only work with well-established shipping providers and we place our faith and trust in them, however, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control.
